HOW MUCH MATERIALS ARE BEING PROCESSED?

If you have higher volumes of recyclables, a horizontal baler may be a better choice. Horizontal balers also generally make a denser bale.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE BALER?

If the space that you have available is limited, you may need to purchase a vertical baler to get the job done. Vertical balers have a smaller footprint and take up less floor space. On the flip side, doorway openings and ceiling heights should also be considered so you can get the vertical baler inside your facility. Vertical balers work nicely for many smaller facilities.

Hand Tying versus a Tying System – Some of the horizontal balers have convenient tying systems such as the semi automatic tying system, most vertical balers require hand-tying.
